You know i hate the ass-licking, dick-suicking, faicist, pigs of C.P.D. not because they're cops, but because they're assholes. it seems to me that C.P.D. officers like to over use their power, and bend the law so that they, through some way or another, can "clean up the streets" by hasseling innocent people. We've all been there......yopu and your buggies are all punked out and are meeting up at countryside mall to go to a show together. then, here comes the rent-a-pig saying you're tresspassing,when you've only been there for 5 min. (just enought time to finish your smoke), and has the cops come to issue a warrant. of course, when the pigs get there, he assumes your a runnaway or a druggie or something. he then proceeds to be verbally abusive to you. then because you say something to him he threatens to beat you (of course he has a hold of your shirt at this point). then he asks if you have any "bombs or stuf like that in your bag" you answer "no", then the asshole tells you to let him search you bag, you refuse (why not its you personal belongings and you've done nothing wrong). when the stupid asshole goes to look through it anyway, yoiu remind him that that is illegal search and seizure, and he throws it to the side and proceeds to be verbally abusive and threaten an arrest and a beating. eventually he threaten to arrest you for pocession of tobacco (knowing full well that he can only fine you for it) and has you show him everything in your bag all the while telling you what a "sick fuck" you are. finaly, after going through your personal belongings and filling out the paper work he has you sign it all the while telling you how "people like you go nowhere" and how you will "wind up living on the streets begging for money to buy booze" and, of course, how he's "out to get you now", and will "find any excuse to get you". then you get his name and badge number, which he tells to you willingly saying how you've got no way to get him. then he proceeds to go through the sam routine with your friend. so now you go to your car, and you just can't resist driving by those doughnut chomping buttfuckers one time blasting "Police Brutality" by the CASUALTIES out of your car stereo as loud as you can........
that was not a scenario, that really happened to my friends the night of 12/12/98. the cop who was such an asshole was on officer hodgson, i was an eyewitness to the entire scene.... it happens al most every weekend at COUNTRYSIDE MALL in clearwater to any punx, or "freaks", that go there. simply because C.P.D. and c.s. mall security don't like our style of dress and our politics.....come to think of it, cops hassel us all over clearwater because of the way we look, which, the last time i checked, was not right(e.g. harresment). that's why we are going to get a protest together to stop this kind of blatent missuse of power.

I truly do not hate cops, honestly i don't. In fact, i know quite a number of cops who are very nice people and that i am on friendly terms with. However, C.P.D. blatent mistreatment of counterculture youth i wrong we may dress a little "funny" and have different beliefs then the rest of society, but that does not automatically make us crimminals. Even if it did, it wouldn't warrent threats of violence to our persons, as well as verbal abuse, to get us to cooperate with them. if they would stop being dickheads to us all the time then maybe when they talked to us we wouldn't be ready to be billigerent defensive all the time, but we do. i always heard that the police's motto was "to protect and serve the people of the community", i gues clearwter police dept.'s motto got changed to "completely harrass, demean, and opress anybody that you want, because you're a cop". SO NOW I ASK YOU TO DO THIS, LEARN THE LAW SO THAT WHENEVER A PIG HASSELS YOU HE'LL KNOW WHAT'S UP, AND EVERY TIME YOU SEE A MEMBER OF C.P.D. TELL THEM TO FUCK OFF!!!!!!!!!! JOIN US IN BRINGING DOWN THE MARTIAL RULE OF THE CLEARWATER P.D.
